How does the ordering process work?

Choose a product from our catalogue, configure the size, material, and any custom text using the on-page configurator, then place your order. Once we receive it, we'll send a digital proof within 24 hours. Production begins only after you approve the proof.

Can I customise the size, text, or design?

Yes — most of our products are fully customisable. You can choose from the available dimensions in the configurator and enter your own name or text. For something outside those parameters, contact us directly to discuss a bespoke commission.

What materials do you use?

We work primarily with solid wood veneers (walnut, teak, birch), MDF with painted finishes, and cast acrylic. The specific options available are shown per product in the configurator. We do not use particle board or chipboard in any pieces presented as wood.

How long does production take?

Standard production time is 3–7 working days after proof approval. Complex bespoke commissions may take longer — we'll tell you upfront. We do not rush production to meet a deadline at the cost of quality.

What are the delivery timelines?

After dispatch, standard courier delivery takes 7–14 working days depending on your location. We ship across India. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Will I see a proof before production starts?

Always. We share a detailed digital proof — showing exact layout, text, and dimensions — within 24 hours of receiving your order. Production does not begin until you confirm the proof in writing (via WhatsApp or email).

What if I'm not happy with the final product?

If the delivered piece does not match the approved proof, we will remake it at no cost to you. Customised pieces cannot be returned if they match the approved proof, as they were made specifically for you. Please review your proof carefully before approving.

Do you take bulk or corporate orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We handle gifting runs, corporate branding pieces, and event orders. Volume pricing is available. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your requirements and quantities for a quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept UPI, bank transfer, and all major credit/debit cards. Full payment is collected at the time of ordering before production begins.

Can I cancel or modify an order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel or modify your order free of charge before approving the digital proof. Once you approve the proof and production begins, cancellations are not possible as the material has been cut.
