Shipping & Returns

After you approve your digital proof, standard production takes 3–7 working days. Complex bespoke commissions (multi-layer panels, large quantities, corporate orders) may take longer — we will give you a timeline before you approve the proof.

Production does not begin until proof approval is received. Expedited production is not available — we do not compromise finish quality to hit a faster timeline.

We ship across India via reputable courier partners. Standard delivery after dispatch takes 7–14 working days depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. All items are packed with protective foam and rigid outer packaging to prevent transit damage.

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery location.

Because every piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns on customised items that match the approved proof. We strongly encourage you to review your proof carefully before confirming.

If your delivered piece does not match the approved proof — wrong text, wrong dimensions, or a manufacturing defect — we will remake or replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Damage caused during transit must also be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence of the outer packaging and the damage.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before you approve the digital proof. Once approval is given and cutting begins, cancellations are not possible as material has been consumed.
