When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address — exactly what is needed to fulfil and ship your piece. We also store your order configuration details (product, size, material, finish, and any custom text).

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address only.

Our web servers retain standard access logs (IP address, browser type, referrer) for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes. If you accept analytics cookies (see Cookies below), we also collect anonymised browsing behaviour via Google Analytics.

We use your information to process and fulfil your order — including sending a digital proof for your approval, notifying you when production is complete, and providing a tracking number when your piece is dispatched.

If you initiate contact via WhatsApp, we will communicate with you there about your order. We use your phone number for order-related communication only.

Newsletter subscribers receive occasional craft updates and early access announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We share your information only where necessary to fulfil your order:

• Resend (transactional email) — receives your email address to deliver order confirmation and proof approval emails.

• Courier partners — receive your name and delivery address to arrange shipment of your order.

• Vercel (website hosting) — hosts the website infrastructure and processes requests from your browser.

• Google Analytics — receives anonymised browsing behaviour (pages visited, general location, device type), only if you accept analytics cookies.

We share only the minimum information necessary for each partner to perform their function.

Order data (name, contact details, order configuration) is retained for 3 years for accounting, tax compliance, and warranty purposes.

Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Server access logs are deleted after 30 days.

Under applicable Indian law (Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate information, and request deletion of your data (subject to any legal retention requirements).

This website uses essential session cookies required for normal browsing and the order flow. These are always active and don't require consent.
