Terms of Service

Prices shown in the configurator are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed by our team before production begins. For standard products, the configurator price is almost always the final price; bespoke commissions may be adjusted if your requirements call for significantly more material or labour.

Full payment is required before production starts. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

We send a digital proof within 24 hours of receiving your order. The proof shows the exact layout, text, and dimensions we intend to produce. Production begins only after you confirm the proof in writing (via WhatsApp or email).

By approving a proof, you confirm that the layout, text, dimensions, and specifications are correct. We are not responsible for errors in an approved proof — please check carefully before confirming.

Standard production takes 3–7 working days after proof approval. Complex bespoke commissions may take longer — we will give you a timeline before production begins. Expedited production is not available; we do not compromise quality to hit a faster timeline.

Standard delivery after dispatch takes 7–14 working days depending on your location. We ship across India. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners outside our control.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before you approve the digital proof. Once you approve the proof and production begins, cancellations are not possible — the material has been cut and work has commenced.

Because every piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns on customised items that match the approved proof. We strongly encourage you to review your proof carefully before confirming.

If the delivered piece does not match the approved proof — wrong text, wrong dimensions, or a manufacturing defect — we will remake or replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the piece and the discrepancy.

Transit damage must also be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence of both the outer packaging and the damage. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full detail.
